THE LINE GAME
The Line Game is a game that I started playing in high school with my friend Jason to pass the time during class when we were supposed to be paying attention but weren't. The game's rules are simple. One person draws a line, and the other person has to make a picture out of that line, using the whole line. Snakes, worms, pieces of rope, etc. don't count. Then the next person draws a new line, and the game continues until you run out of material or you get bored. I've taught it to a couple of people since then, most notably my friends Katy and Karla. Since they've moved away, we've been playing by email using MS Paint. The results are as follows. You can see the original line if you look real hard. We try to add features using different colors, so we can see what the original was when we're done. Wanna play? Send me a line and I'll post the results here!
On to the pictures!
